Overcoming Anxiety with C.L.I.M.B

Anxiety can be a crippling experience. It can weigh you down and cause you to feel as though life is spinning out of control. Proverbs 12:25 says, “Anxiety in a person’s heart weighs it down, but a good word cheers it up.”

While battling anxiety can cause you to feel as though life is out of your control, it is essential to remember that life is never out of God’s control. Learning to invite God and his wisdom into your situation can be the key to helping you climb out of anxiety and into a hopeful and glad heart.
